Email Scraper: Find Emails, Phone Numbers and Social Profiles on Any Website
Enter company websites to see the email addresses, phone numbers and social media profiles each one publishes. The scraper reads each homepage plus its contact, about, team and impressum pages, and picks the best email address for every business. Free scans below cover up to 5 websites. For longer lists, use the bulk API.
These are the contact details each website publishes. Follow the GDPR, CAN-SPAM and the other rules that apply to you before contacting anyone.

What does the email scraper find?
Each website you enter is checked for the contact details a business publishes about itself:
- Email addresses: from mailto links, page text, schema.org data, Cloudflare-protected addresses and spellings like name [at] domain [dot] com.
- A primary email: an address on the website's own domain comes first, and a role mailbox such as info@ or sales@ ranks ahead of personal addresses.
- Phone numbers: from click-to-call links and schema.org data, deduplicated across formats.
- Social profiles: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest, cleaned to the profile URL.
- Contact page: the address of the contact page, so you can follow up through the form when a business publishes no email.
It works in any language and recognizes contact pages such as Kontakt, Impressum, Contacto and Contatti. Websites with nothing published, and websites that cannot be loaded, are listed with the reason so you can see what happened to every address you entered.
What information does each result include?
The bulk API returns one row per website with contacts, with these fields. The free tool above shows the emails, phones, social profiles and contact page from the same row.
| Field | What it contains |
|---|---|
| domain / websiteUrl | The website that was scanned |
| title | The website's page title, usually the business name |
| primaryEmail | The best address for the business, on its own domain first |
| emails | Every email address found on the website |
| primaryPhone / phones | Phone numbers, deduplicated across formats |
| facebook, instagram, linkedin, twitter, youtube, tiktok, pinterest | Social media profile URLs |
| contactPageUrl | The website's contact page, for businesses with a form |
| emailDetails | Where each email was found and whether it matches the domain |
| pagesScanned | How many pages were read on the website |

Is this email scraper free?
Yes. Scans on this page are free for up to 5 websites at a time, with a small daily limit per visitor. Longer lists run through the Website Email Scraper on Apify at $5 per 1,000 websites with contacts on Apify's Free plan, or $3.50 per 1,000 on Gold and above. Websites where nothing is found cost nothing.
Where do the emails come from?
From each website's own public pages: the homepage plus its contact, about, team and legal pages. The scraper reads the email addresses, phone numbers and social profiles the business publishes there. It never logs in, submits forms or guesses addresses.
Does the email scraper collect personal data?
It collects only the contact details each website publishes on its public pages, such as business mailboxes, phone numbers and company profiles. Some published addresses belong to named staff, so check that your use complies with the GDPR, CAN-SPAM and the other rules that apply to you before contacting anyone. You are responsible for how you use the results.
Why did a website return no emails?
Many businesses publish only a contact form or a phone number. Those websites still return their phone numbers, social profiles and contact page URL. Websites with no contact details at all are listed separately, and the bulk API does not charge for them.
Does it verify email addresses?
The scraper reports each address as the website publishes it and leaves verification to your email tool. In bulk results, the matchesWebsiteDomain field shows whether an address is on the website's own domain.
