About Good Systems

Good Systems is a Portland, Oregon consultancy that helps companies implement HubSpot around the way they already work. Their thesis is refreshingly blunt: most HubSpot rollouts try to cram a business into the software, and a CRM no one uses is wasted money. Good Systems does the opposite: custom objects, data modeling, integrations, and migrations that fit the business as it actually operates.

What the site needed to do

A consultancy that sells clean, well-built systems needs a website that feels like one. The site had to communicate a contrarian positioning in seconds, load fast, and give search engines every possible signal about who Good Systems is and what they do, all without the bloat that plagues most agency sites.

What we built

  • A focused marketing site built on Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, with a locked design system: one accent color, a custom type scale, and design tokens enforced in code so the brand can't drift.
  • Custom motion design built with Remotion. Instead of stock imagery, each key page gets a purpose-built looping animation rendered in React: the hero's "scattered to system" motif, plus bespoke animations for the services, about, and projects pages. Motion that explains the offer, not decoration.
  • A messaging-first layout that leads with the firm's core promise, "We turn how your business works into HubSpot your team actually uses", and backs it up with services, case work, and direct access to the founders.
  • An interactive pricing estimate builder, so prospects can scope their own project instead of reading a static price list.
  • A conversion path designed around one CTA, the free HubSpot audit, with a sticky mobile CTA and a proper post-submit thank-you flow.
  • SEO and distribution plumbing: schema.org structured data, Open Graph social cards, generated sitemap, IndexNow auto-submission so search engines hear about new pages immediately, and GA4 analytics to see which pages actually drive inquiries.

The result

A clean, fast site that matches the way Good Systems sells: no jargon, no bloat, just a clear story, motion that earns its place, and a single obvious next step. See it live at makegoodsystems.com.
